Kamini Talwar is an Inspirational & proactive leader, with a flair to deep dive into every aspect of the business; she knows exactly when to zoom in and zoom out.
She has set high standards by strictly adhering to processes and policies, which have got embedded in the culture & values of Iris. Before Iris she was instrumental in setting up the Apple Distribution Channel in India for 12 years.
She leads with a demonstrative way of grooming her team & has a consultative approach towards partners. This approach has paid rich dividends in realizing the aspirations of the company’s vision. She has panache to work with great emphasis on empathy, individual empowerment and growth.
